You guys are re-opening an old thread  sweat.gif
Anyway, if you are new to yoga, make sure you join beginner class. You'll have difficulty with the so-called multi-level class.
*
Or just do what u can in the so called multi-level class. I'm sure a good teacher wont force u into doing poses u cant do yet. thats how i started doing yoga. and i gradually take on new challenges as days go by biggrin.gif

A good teacher must not force his pupils, he must bullwhip them so the students can do impossible poses  biggrin.gif

I wan us to form a handstand club. We can go outdoors for a handstand marathon to promote yoga and our  club

What's ur club tongue.gif I cannot do handstand myself yet leh sweat.gif
