I transferred content (all) to a USB drive assuming it will make a copy and not 'cut & paste'. Had to use the USB for other purpose so formatted it, when I turn the 360 back on all my profiles, saves and DLC gone. My question is can I re-download the DLC, I had all the DLC from ME2......

Yes you can redownload. It's under your download history or something like that. Lemme check.

It's under Account Management > Download History

Click on the item you want to redownload.

The items are associated with your GT though.

the same thing happened to me long time ago... but i was accidentally deleting my my own profile with all files related to it lol i had to start all over again
