What does reception problem got to do with the files store in your phone? My reception is okay.

I have the problem with signal fluctuating but it doesnt effect the call

My signal goes up and down sometimes show 1 or 2 bar then suddenly full bar but i havent face call cut off while on conversation

Sound like time to go to NCC. My area showing full bar constant. Only like u said certain area i do get no signal.

yea i believe the mechanism got problem then. Any possibility the simcard is wrong side?

Its normal different seller sell different price.

Blue or orange was my favorite colour I end up got grey wu wu. Try contact seller outsid some do carry all colours sometimes what the nokia store said not reliable. To confirm better check with others selling or shop

Try hard reset your phone and only restore your contact and sms . The rest dont restore dose it lag? Battery drain can be cause by many reason like phone auto connected to internet, certain apps running and etc

No no the restoring process could also restore some unnecessary stuff that cause the lag.

Step 1 make your phone as mass storage mode copy all your music, photo and important files out to your computer maybe. Backup everything for safety purpose

Step 2 Reformat your phone which method u see fit i prefer *7370#

Step 3 Now from your backup Restore only Contact and smses

Step 4 Copy back your music, files and photos back into your phone via mass storage mode

Take it a step by the time after fix this will also guide you how to prevent your phone to auto connect

This just my method of resolving such matter my guide not found in google for butthurt thanks
