I got a friend working at there, as I know she is really enjoy working over there. There's plenty of opportunity to travel around (when you get involved in different projects).

As I am interested on her company too, so I asked about their interview. You guys might often saw the job appearing in jobstreet, this doesn't mean that a lot of their stuff leaving Hilti, as I know they are very strict on interview, they wanted to get best of the best (in attitude) for their job. As you can see it's not easy to get into their company. They still expanding their base in Malaysia that's why they still hiring.

what I know is the opportunity that you can get promote over there is fully depends on your ability in work (it doesn't relate on your years of experience). My friends is so young and now her role is project manager over there.

I haven try to apply yet, I just know that basically their interview is more on looking into personality and attitude. They wanted a good leadership on their employee, able to involve in team job and more.

If you feel that you wanted to get a high position in short time, and you think you can perform very well in long working hour. I think Hilti is a very good choice.
