Hello i was wondering how is the working environment in Hilti? The Malaysian branch is located at Phileo Damansara. Its a MNC company like Bosch providing construction power tools worldwide. This branch deals with IT processes (SAP and Non SAP) globally. Izzit the same like T-systems?

Heres their website http://www.hilti.com.my

I would say its a great place to work. Especially to fresh grads, its highly recomended for those who want to learn SAP Basics (SCM, CRM, FICO, BW, Operations, ByD).

Hilti is actively expanding their IT Services in Kuala Lumpur.

The IT division is different from the Local division which is the Marketting organization.

i disagree with that...a lot of ppl left at one time...i wouldnt go back even if they asked me too...

Also, Hilti is end-user ...so if one is planning to learn, end-users isn't the place...

I get an interview with Hilti. Basically still in the initial phase, phone interview. Follow by face to face and media conference with their CIO at HQ. This is what I heard. Basically they are supporting users (60-70%) and the rest will be project base. I am talking about the Wintel position. They are leveraged, means u will be touching Linux and Backup as well. Still thinking want to proceed the interview or not, hehe. ANy idea?
