i believe this is not the reason....
the main reason is alot of people resign from the company..thus alot of job opportunity from the company..

if the company have variety of job opportunity and do not have new project/client...you have a idea about this company..
turnover high can be mean bad benefit, low pay, stressful environment or very politic..

so choose wisely and ask more question about company when interview whistling.gif

Hi ChrisB,

Indeed i saw few openings for SAP position in Hilti, I'm certified SAP associate but only with 1 year working experience, may I know roughly what the expected salary range will be? (as I dont want to set some outrageous amount neither too low of an amount)

Are you working in Hilti now?
