Working at Hilti, How is the working environment?

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (CGPA > 3.5 or similar grading is a must, and Master is an advantage)
Recently I have found Hilti job posting in jobstreet, I saw the above requirement, is it really a must for CGPS>3.5 or similar grading? May I know anyone who do not have CGPS>3.5 or similar grading tried to apply and successfully to interview? |

Wow...that y I always saw the same job posting of Hilti in jobstreet la...honestly...during my study last time...only less than 10 people CGPA>3.5...let imagine these people no going to apply Hilti...that y they hardly to hire?
