i heard sutera maya still have 52 units of bumi lot left, now home flair is applying for release to non-bumi.

oh ? they can do that ? release bumi and let non bumi to purchase it ? what will be the price ? are they still entitled for 5% early bird ?

Ckhong...developer can only release the bumi lot when the project almost 85-90% completion. they can apply for that. At the moment i doubt so.
The price definately will higher than what you had bought earlier. because developer want more profit
that mean your unit will up up up to the bumi lot selling price.
So you everyday eat fish + meat no problem

Hi,
Developer will start billing end Aug, once u receive statement fr bank or developer for release, then u wil know. After release abt one mth, developer should process ur 5% rebate.
If they start billing so soon also not gd to u, mean u start paying interest lo
