Typically yes...s.apartment more expensive...pls note the diff between commercial title service apartment vs residen title condo thn u will hv a clear picture...

i thot now all under hda liao..
service apartment shud get the same rate as residential?

And there diff between service aprtmt commercial title under hda vs condo resi title under hda...

i taught as long as it is commercial title is not under hda protection right?

Those services apartment that under HDA is only applicable to 70ltv, which is 3rd house mortgage, hence, for non-HDA s.apartment, their utilities are still follow the commercial rate?!

Hi...the diff is...
- one under commercial title
- one under Res title.

Thus, the maintanance fees/ water & electric bills under Commercial will slightly higher and expensive than Resi title...
