Joints on mine all seems tight, probably the yeah, the frames itself are a little fragile specially those pull-extend parts on the knee section and the adjustable back-head section.

Overall pretty good piece still... stand on its on even with different pose.

Size wise, its about 3/4 extra headsize of any figma.

unregistered SAL parcel, if the parcel is lost in transition.
Its a total lost coz the items are not insured.
*
as far as i know, SAL parcel are handle by poslaju (SAL parcel from overseas), so should be quite alright, unless yeah lost in transition... but then again... SAL parcel does come with tracking... just maintain regular tracking via the pos-site... will do fine.

Hmm but the accessories seems to be more than figma :

Alter is 5mm more than figma version, but looking through the arts/design of it... figma seems to be slightly better in covering the kneepad joints. Alter might have few more accessories than figma version. Hard to judge but i guess still up to individuals

I personally still prefer the figma kos-mos version (well manage to pre-order them from amiami ^^)

Prototype is the one in GSC's website.

Hobby Stock's reviews are what we will get in the market.

*
Please do not mislead on the info. Hobbystock blog indicate that their image is just the sample product, not the final production product ^^

I THINK THATS AN ORI ONE THX TO THAT STICKER
*
Figma original always come with rounded glossy tape as box seal (top and bottom).

If its using just plain square celotape... that's bootleg...
If its using rounded plain (non-glossy) tape as box seal... check if there's any other sticker on the box (some have it as figure license stuff), or seek advice from other figma collectors around "well they can help you check based on the figma box they owned"

another notable feature is to always check on the figma eyes paintjob ^^

i mean a official sticker for the product
like my official ATLUS sticker with their mascot jack frost on it on my figma box
but wat u say is true too
*
yeah true regarding the official sticker, but they do sometime left out the official sticker on the re-issue figures, not entirely all the time but they do... so those that are much conscious/pay attention alot on the official sticker will need to take note of this ^^

lol, that's overkill =/

Well... i display all my figures regardless of space, well of cos out of dust... and kept the empty box properly.

Its just wouldn't be fine to collect something to like, just to see it locked behind boxes =P

Flatten it.

Flatten it.

FLATTEN IT

;A; What about the clamshell plastic inside?

..although, given space issues, that's actually a pretty good idea..
*
oh nonono... flatten it is definately a big NO!

heh, i store them there way they are, well they do take up spaces but what to do right? =P

See for yourselves.

I hope i won't have to describe the differences to you guys. And to kamkamparadise, RTs are more poseable because of their double-jointed design. Figmas could easily have this but they opt not to.

I hope you guys are clear. Don't just collect toys without understanding what they are. sweat.gif

*
Well, this not entirely true as well. Not all revoltech were double-jointed design. Only some since revoltech have inner sub-categories of its own.

Figma don't follow such design as they standardize all their joints throughout their entire product line (most of them if not all, scale towards each other among figmas, while revoltech dont)

Books is taxable if your total item imported exceed RM500, and that everything else that's over RM500. I think that kastam "luan luan lai" and you kena.
Just have to remember that you are paying taxes for importing goods, not service (delivery/courier from oversea)

Oh yea, tax on new items are 100% applied if exceed RM500, but recon items or items that looks "2nd hand" or doesn't look like it has any value on it, even you paid RM1000 for it, kastam won't bother to ask you to pay them taxes. Example if you went to Singapore and buy let's say a PSP, if you throw away the boxes and claim it's yours/2nd hand, kastam won't bother, but if you bring it in whole new, they will ask you to pay up, lol.
*
I think you should recheck as i've been told, shipping fee are included on custom tax calculation (well i didn't get my item pass RM500 value including shipping before, so i can't further clarify), but there's alot that did .... purchase item that's below RM500... but still tax due to shipping fee included that exceed the total value of RM500

The courier oversea service does include in the importing goods, unless you're talking about courier service in within malaysia.

Your cost of item is "item purchase + shipping from overseas to msia" which under custom's workbook. in which are taxable or not taxable depending on total amount.

Your cost of item if by product in malaysia, is the final value... where courier service within... are just services only, not product/item final value.

I might be wrong, and initially i had the same concept as yours, but looking through the guides and those veterans that always bringing stuff in and getting taxes... saying otherwise

My suggestions is... grit your teeth and hope there's no taxes on your item you're bringing in (item value + shipping all together) ... or clarify this further by calling custom malaysia ^^
