no need to upgrade, 2 gb is already enough unless you want to upgrade to window 7 ultimate. been using for a while trying with gaming and hd movies,no problem what so ever.hdd is already good enough but i do want upgrade it to ssd if i install win7 ultimate.

acer ao522 = RM1299
4gb ram = RM125
40GB ssd = RM340
Win7 U = RM620 retail/RM599 oem
Win7 Home = RM370 retail/RM285 oem
Win7 Pro =RM575 retail/RM413 oem

it is more than 1.5k

but if you buy

asus 1015b (RM1099) + 40gb ssd (RM340) = RM1439, add 4gb ram (RM125) its RM1564,add win7 home 64bit oem (RM285) its RM1849.

it is up to the shop if they want to give discount,ask them,usually if you buy it from them then upgrade they will give discount.

i dont think you can have that free dos but who knows?

that ram you can sale but i think you should keep that hdd as your secondary hd 40gb not so much liao... even now my hdd is already half full laugh.gif

BTW ive tried that cityville it work fine,my only problem is the connection here sucks... smile.gif

go here Stardock MyColors and download the free one like amd game,think green,diamond other themes are for sale those three are for free. with it you can change background too.

if you just want to change background you can try oceanis or personalization panel. google it.

that 1215b review is nice,if i didnt want 10" netbook i probably go for 1215b or dm1z,now i am waiting for llano as my medium gaming notebook.

Toshiba Satellite L645, i3-380M + ATI HD5650@RM1999

Dell Inspiron 14R, i3-390M + ATI HD5650@RM2199

Acer TimelineX 3820TG, i3-380M + AMD HD6550[1.8kg]@RM2199


i5 is basically an i3 with turbo.

pricing wise Toshiba Satellite L64 is the best,base on your budget.

gaming wise Acer TimelineX 3820TG is the best.

best option is go for Toshiba Satellite L64.

best look and good battery go for Acer TimelineX 3820TG.

why i put Lenovo G470 there,is because? It is cheap and
Intel HD3000 is a better integrated graphic currently compared to IntelHD
and has better battery life and newer tech.
