QUOTE(ic3rock @ May 13 2011, 12:08 PM) But what i read is not driver problem but ... Uploaded with ImageShack.usI dunno bout that then. I read some were driver issues. QUOTE(ic3rock @ May 13 2011, 12:17 PM) AMD E-350 on 14'' should no that powerful compare with AMD Phenom right? Might changing my mind to get Asus laptop with AMD Phenom... Heck no. Zacate was created to compete with Atom while Phenom is comparable to the Core 2.

Your alternative is to get a 13" one then.

This is the point in time where the decision to buy now or wait is quite important. For me, putting it on hold now. Getting a Transformer.

QUOTE(budakdegilz @ May 15 2011, 08:03 PM) hmm...are the new E-450 will make any different in terms of gaming??? Not really. All it offers over the E-350 is Turbo Core (AMD's version of Turbo Boost) and a higher clock speed for the GPU.

DDR speed is listed there as 266MHz, DDR2 would be double that while DDR3 is double the speed of DDR2. So there's your 1066MHz.

1066MHz. It usually lists memory speeds as half the real amount.

That would be related to the FSB:DRAM ratio. If you notice, they're both different.

I'm not too sure exactly. Might be something to do with the ratio. Have to ask the other sifus.

QUOTE(RayKazansky @ May 19 2011, 04:26 PM) Tested C-50 @ Mid Valley... a bit laggy. How about E-350? E-350 is 60% more powerful than the C-50. Go figure... QUOTE(lchan @ May 19 2011, 04:52 PM) E-350 can also be abit laggy but it is managable for my daily office work. However its shit ass laggy when running on battery because i have it set maximum battery life. On battery mode, cpu is running 800mhz only regardless of load. So, i guess c-50 can be laggy cause its only 200mhz more. What are you using now?

Main difference is the small bump up in the clock speed, it's 1.65GHz now with Turbocore to who knows what level, DDR3-1600

1015PW's equal match is the 1015B. But then again, the 1015B's pricing smokes every other dual core netbook in th market now.
