Hi guys, need some advice here…
I’m around 175cm tall and weigh 60kg, my body size is not that big, but not skinny either. However, I’m still below the standard BMI,I wish to grow to 70 or 75 kg..
I’ve been working out for a month and eating protein meals (chicken, beef, soy bean). I’m planning to get a bigger body size before lean muscle.(hope this sequence is right)
1. I’m wondering what shall i take as protein supplement, ie: Serious Mass or Whey Protein Gold Standard or Mass Tech?, what is the difference between them?
2. And for the supplement, shall I take it before or after my work out?
3. Shall I take any supplement pills?
