Hi i just want to share my experience with ejinutrition with you guys. I frequently buy from ejintrition since last year, but recently i had placed quite a large order on for the last order since February. So last week a request for him to bank in the money. So as usual i log in to maybank n upon requesting tac num, prepared to pay. Before clicking pay, i called owner of ejinutrition to confirm, but no reply or no sms from him from last week till now. Lucky i did not paid. Its serious amount of $$$

Yes his price is cheap, but his service is WAY BAD. 0 star i would rate.

DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EJINUTRITION to anyone anymore.

Agree with you yaack. Pre order is quite dangerous tough.

And audiophillic hope you will get your item this time.

I think in this era customer satisfaction are important though. Maybe u will buy from him for a certain time, but when frustration kicks in due to his attitude, some might prefer to buy from other seller even though paying a little more.

Chastise, I'm little better than you, I booked 8 items, in the end NONE available. LOL what a joke, and same, I booked wheyyyyyyyy back before Chinese new year, and sad to say I got this kinda service from him.

So do you plan to pay for the pre-order that eji quoted? Anybody here had paid for it, and did he reply once you had paid your $$$?

Yes I think COD service would can be trusted, but others not staying in penang island would be quite difficult to COD with him ain't it? So the next shipment for May did you pay in full amount for pre-order? Did you pre-order with him?

Try read previous comments, many ppl had called him 5/6/7 times but he did not pick up the call.

Just want to share bout eji. I agree with razorboy on page 49 of this forum, and disagree with the crab.

See, i had also preordered with eji. so he confirm the stock and payment, while i paid to him the price he quoted. Finger cross everything will be fine as its quite a large sum.

After few days, he e mailed me saying i need to pay extra because product had increased price. (he is smart shi*, knowing that i had paid so much, and as i worry about the amount of money paid earlier or what will happen to my money paid to him, therefore i paid the extra he mentioned in his e mail. )

So everything is settled, right?

NO. It doesn't end here. On the 6th week, he e mailed me again, this time saying that xxx product and xxx product is out of stock from supplier, and ask for my maybank acc to refund money back. (lol! Preorder, but no stock?! CAN U IMAGINE THAT?)

So it takes him 1 week to refund. (nonsense)

During the eight week he e mailed saying that shipment had arrive and need to take few days for item to arrive.

I was like yay! Finally my items will arrive!


When item arrive i was jumping with joy!
Until i open the package...

Some items were missing! Can you imagine that?! You paid for what you get? I dont think so.

Serious reminder to everyone. Think twice.

Just wondering, anybody tried MP Shred Matrix? Is it effective? Just cod with this guy and I noticed he have that product as well, had taken before lipo 6 before.
