You don't have to use all 3 scoops at one go.
You can spread it out throughout the day. Maybe 1 scoop in between meals.
Also, drink it with milk, may taste better and more enjoyable.
For the creatine, should be fine. Just take 1 tea spoon and dump it into any of your drinks/shake. 5g per day.
But it'd be better if you're counting your calories and macronutrients, then use real mass to fill up the calories or macronutrients you need to reach your targeted goal.
