Yes that is an overseas retailer. No problems with custom clearance if you buy in small quantity(for eg 2-3 bottles of the same product etc). There are only a few options for shipping. One is international shipping flat rate 4usd or go with courier with DHL or UPS which costs around 16usd and increases with heavier items.

The funny thing is, if you courier over, the msian customs would be more strict. If you choose the international shipping flat rate, they would not open, but just pass thru customs easily, meaning they are less strict with this option. The only downside is you are limited to 3lbs per shipment. It works fine for me as I only use it to get my fish oils. They came without any problems. No broken glass bottles at all , though you would need to wait for 2-3 weeks minimum to get your stuff. So if you do intend to ship using the cheapest option, just order early in advance.

It takes at least 3 full weeks before your item arrives. You should be expecting something soon, don't worry... unless you were not there to collect when the postman delivers, he'll issue you a special card to collect yourself at the nearest post office.
