Sry i think this has been asked but with no replies, ill try again , anyone has experience with local "custom medz" made whey?

Thier a pharmaceutics company based in shah alam, i notice some trainers selling them now for 200 ++ 28 servings, they count by the servings no idea how many lb's

https://www.facebook.com/CustomMedz/app_128953167177144

thier facebook page.....

I am in no ways trying to promote them im just asking for an opinion.

Haven't heard of the brand personally, just wanted to advice you to take the trainers' advice with a pinch of salt. They might be getting paid for promoting the brand.

protein.

Added on October 4, 2012, 11:15 pma Personal Trainer at my place made that statement. then I heard it from another friend who is in no way related to the PT who told me that.

Might have some truth in that statement. Protein costs energy to metabolise, so it'll increase the bodies' metabolism (source : http://www.livestrong.com/article/239188-d...tein-burn-fat/). Therefore, Protein intake = Higher metabolism = Burns more fat.

Correct me if I'm wrong in my interpretation of that article though.

Both different things man. Look up the difference, then get whichever one that's more suited towards your needs.

i mean like protein blend abit expensive then pure whey protein, the thing is it worth a buck? or keep it clean wheey

Again, it depends on what you want. If you need the blend, then of course it's worth it. But if you don't need it, then just get the whey protein lah.
