it take about 10days to arrive in Miri,Sarawak..RM40+- per bottle and i buy 2 bottle plus USD8.00 flat rate International Airmail(untrackleable)...it came in a small box...

the website is not updated..it stated got stock but when u banked in already he said no stock..it took him to refund my money 2-3days laters..the price is the cheapest!!

those in sarawak, try Nutrihealth..the owner is msian bodybuilding...i placed order in the morning and get my item in the evening from Kuching to Miri..

try buying small items like multivitamin,fish oil n so on from iherb.com...choose the cheapest shipping with no tracking..it came to Malaysia around 20days..i always order fish oil n multivitamin..never2 use DHL coz the custom will open ur package and since it doesnt has any KKM label they will rampas or give warning..
