Never bought anything online before lol, checked the price compare with online and GnC wallet could seriously bleeeeeed. Been waiting the Eji Serious mass for 1 month d lol, i'm not that bad needing supplements just see what the extra could do with my diet now. Other than Ejinutrition what website is reliable and cheap ._.?

Hey guys i was wondering, will time effect the drink of the protein ? I'm currently highschool student form 5 this year, i usually go gym after school which is 3pm. I have to wake up 7:30am then pour milk pour 1 scp protein powder sometimes add almonds or peanut butter into the 500ml shaker, then put into my bag. Until only 5pm i drink which is after working out. Will it affect the quality of the protein?
