They have the right to detain and send capsules supplements or whatever health products for Pharmacy approval. It's actually against the law to import without getting proper license to import. So yes, they do have the right. The only thing u can import freely will be whey protein.

You bb.com first timer? Orders usually take 21-30days or longer to arrive depending on the courier you choose. Bet you are getting the cheapest option no? My orders usually arrived in about 20 working days. Customs usually clear it within 2 days except the last time I ordered to many bottles of the same stuffs they detained and issued a warning letter from the Pharmaceutical Ministry. So yeah.. if you can't wait, don't buy from bb.com. This is the risk you have to take for cheaper stuffs so please don't complain.

I just checked my tracking. It has reached customs since yesterday but no updates after that. My experience... detained. Just hope they release it after a few days like the last time.

Just ordered MP Combat and 3 bottles of Opti-women with free gifts and samples. It weights about 4kg. That might be the problem.

Usually if no problem, customs will release on the same day they received (depending on when it reaches them as well). Last time mine kena detained stuck there for about 3-4 days I think. Hopefully I don't receive a letter from them asking me to collect myself from KLIA. I usually buy till the shipping reaches USD22 will have full tracking.
