QUOTE(+Newbie+ @ Mar 16 2011, 11:03 AM) I think the first step you need to do is, calculate your FC accurately. Once you know the FC is accurate, then you can use that calculation to decide if you have a problem. I think manuals avg around 12+km/l. we can also monitor our car fc using fuelly.com Please use the following steps:- 1) Fill full tank. 2) Reset odometer. 3) Drive normally until it's time to refuel. 4) Refill full tank. 5) Make a note of how many liters it takes to refill full tank and how much mileage you travelled. This is what you will use to calculate FC. 6) Repeat steps 2 - 5 at least 3 times to get an avg. The more the better. 7) Always calculate in km/l, not cents/km because prices change, making your calculations obsolete. Once you have an accurate reading of your mileage, then you can decide if you have a problem or not. Your previous readings did not follow this process and thus might be wrong. step similar as you said.... but using fuelly.com system to record, calculate n monitor..easier. |

hi, me Bojek, driving saga 1.6 reporting in. Currently the only thing that I have changed: car color( white) Tyre and rim(15') looking forward to install my first bar, front strut bar. Anyone here can give me some advice on weight reduction method, except for excluding the spare tyre. TQVM. |

Saga FL exec/Auto/solid white About my car, at first kinda dissapointed with the FC because before this was driving Myvi 1.3 manual got 400+km from full tank but this car only around 300km for full tank. But the handling of the car is just very amazing. Always cornering at around 80km/h now and still stable. Quite often drive at 150km/h and the car is still stable! at 4k rpm already 140km/h! Drove as far as singapore from KL and enjoyed the highway cruising on this baby! but ofcourse, at bukit, suffer a bit lar... haha for those who's asking bout the 0 downpayment, i used that for my saga using Bank Islam. approval took around 1 month! tension giler tunggu. interest rate da r 4.25 + 0.1 (mark up by bank islam)= 4.35%. |

oh ok
SAGA FL Exec/Auto/Black bought the car even before the launch so yeah not so much problem tho let's see, when driving 90 to 100 and making turns i wont be as stable as my last car Gran levina. almost feels like it's gonna buang, do you guys have anytips on how to tune or tweek that? patrol ron97 rm70 last whole week (sunway/puchong back and forth x5, 1U back and forth x2) car maintanance change oil and all that jazz, rm128 at proton servis center. aside from feelign liek that car might buang, im not quite sure about the handling tho coz i can feel the vibration on my steering wheel cruising from 120 to 140 from puchong to putrajaya, it doesn't exactly has a strong pickup that's why it suffers when it comes to hillclimb. but normal use, this car is good liao. i noticed the backseat, kenot remove if ya happen to buy big long thigns like a table. if park under tree, small leaves and twits will gathers at some parts near the windshield and a whole lot more like srsly a LOT at the bunk. if i were to put cars class into what lanes they are, SAGA FL is belong to the middle lane, not so fast, not so slow either. e.g. kancil 12kmh slow lane so scary la, levina fast lane 230kmh fast lane no problem P: im not so good with places and parts, so i wanna ask, what should i do to improve the handling when it comes to turning at high speed, how to increase pickup speed. where should i look for windsheild repairs and tint in fact, lol where should i shop for parts. how much do i need for a full tank ron95, ron97 full tank is rm70 where should i look for paintshop. and lol where should i look for wax. the indian carwash near my house, doesn't exactly do a cleaning job. and what should i do if there's birdpoo. and what is that red shiny bar thing at that wira's rear wheel shaft? do anyone of oyu know where i can get a custom windshiled sticker made?
