pros out there pls advise...SOS...

i've change to 4-2-1 plus mid bullet and a muffler last week... then i pump ron95 RM50 and ran 380km....

but few days ago, i found the muffler noise too loud and add another bullet to silence it... and it did reduce noise... but i found out tht few days ago i pump another RM50 same brand of petrol and ran only about 330km.... cry.gif cry.gif cry.gif
wht actually happen?
did tht extra bullet actually ate up my petrol... although i felt tht the urge of power is not tht strong as the previous 1 bullet... but the power is still acceptable leh....

mine is mt saga fl.....

pls pls pls..... anyone knows? if really is tht 2nd bullet ate up my petrol then i gonna exterminate it leh.... cos my main aim is to save FC... sad.gif sad.gif sad.gif

I think the first step you need to do is, calculate your FC accurately. Once you know the FC is accurate, then you can use that calculation to decide if you have a problem. I think manuals avg around 12+km/l.

Please use the following steps:-

1) Fill full tank.
2) Reset odometer.
3) Drive normally until it's time to refuel.
4) Refill full tank.
5) Make a note of how many liters it takes to refill full tank and how much mileage you travelled. This is what you will use to calculate FC.
6) Repeat steps 2 - 5 at least 3 times to get an avg. The more the better.
7) Always calculate in km/l, not cents/km because prices change, making your calculations obsolete.

Once you have an accurate reading of your mileage, then you can decide if you have a problem or not. Your previous readings did not follow this process and thus might be wrong.

silicon is ok actually.but with sand and small stone on the screen, u make things worse. just that normal rubber wipers are softer compared to silicon. ur silicon is transparent white type or powdery black?
