My battery lasted much longer than before now rclxm9.gif

Last unplugged since yesterday 7AM. With:
- WiFi ON + connected (ON but disconnected sometimes, driving no WiFi laugh.gif)
- GPS Usage for 30~45 minutes
- Some gaming for 40~60 minutes
- Customising for 30minutes (and fell asleep. doh.gif)
- 5~10 minutes of calls, some SMSes
- That's all I can remember...

7AM @ Friday - 100%
11AM @ Saturday - 17% remaining.

Lasted for: 28 hours. Much better than previously nod.gif

Is there anyway to switch/move those homescreens to other position? By default (HTC Sense UI), just hold zoom out (Home > Home) or pinch on the screen; then hold on the screen you wanna move and drag. But can't do it in ADW. Any Ideas? hmm.gif

Tried with "Save" then "Restore", doesn't work for me..

If we flashed theme, is there anyway to revert it back? "Flashing" sounds permanent for me sweat.gif

By the way, anyone encountered this problem with WidgetLocker? (I donno which version is mine doh.gif)

Facebook/other contacts can be hidden in People, but still shown in Dialer.. Annoying vmad.gif

Actually can disable fastboot via Settings > Applications > untick 'Fast boot'

Unfortunately its permanent, since those flashable themes actually overwrite the default programs (open the theme .zip and take a look). The only way back is via a nandroid backup. sad.gif

Oh one thing, for those Sense ROM themes, it actually just affects the default HTC theme, so the others (Slate, Wood) are still intact. Do note that any other stuff like themed facebook, themed youtube, fonts and stuff still remain.

There's many to be listed... and its all up to user's preference..

Maybe you can read-up some articles (Just google desire hd vs iphone 4). There's tons of reviews already.

But for me, few reasons that I chosen Desire HD over the iPhone 4 is..
  • We have "more control" over the phone - Flashing, Rooting, customisations, tweaking, lots of apps available for free by its own (supported with ads, but not a big deal) where it charges in iPhone 4. Of course, you have Jailbreak in iPhone 4, we have the "Black market"tongue.gif
  • Screen size
  • Basically, its because it's an "Android" than "iOS". I prefer to be able to do whatever I want (as mentioned above) with my phone, than to be locked in a same thing.. forever.
There's many others, I just cant remember.. tongue.gif

What I love: Customisability & Freedom.
What I dislike: Battery life couldn't last long compared with my old Nokia phones. laugh.gif

Screen is okay for me. Using lowest brightness + matte screen protector(reduces screen clarity), no problem indoor. Outdoor then need to set 30%++ brightness
