I have just bought this pair of Dr Dre Beats Tour earphone from a stall at the Gurney camera fair. It turned out to be fakes. RM89 for a pair looked ridiculous to me at the first sight and I should have trusted my instinct.

This incident has deeply infuriated me, and I am disappointed that a mall with a stature such as Gurney fail to do enough as the organizers of this promotion fair, to ascertain that no shops and stalls offer fake goods. One would wonder if this would downright stain Gurney's reputation as a mall with strict rules and regulations on the shop leases, and also put the authenticity of the other branded goods in the mall into question.

If anyone knows a medium for official complains for this matter, could you kindly pm me? Thanks.

Beats got sell at PC Fair KLCC... at least I found one booth sell all fake... and a lots of people testing it. Got so many color too, even have mix color.

Price is RM300 and below.

Pikom not allow selling pirate software but fake stuff is similar to piracy too. How come Pikom allow this kind of activities.

I have never receive a single proposal/request from any of authorized dealer to participate and sell Beats in PIKOM. So, you can guess what I'm trying to say here. Cheers..

Speaking of pc fair and fake beats, i went there one day to survey some stuff and also spying for fake products.. To my suprise, there's a booth selling Beats Studio for rm1699, retail price! And the salesperson claim it to be original, and i asked who's the distributor and hows the waranty like and he fail on answering me on that. The booth is under the name 'Jaben Network'.

well, sorry for my ignorance, i haven't heard of jaben network before not until nordignh explain to me about it. before this, I'm just curious coz Jaben is not listed in BeatsByDre.com website as authorised reseller in singapore or malaysia. so it got me thinking of product originally to where the headphones (beats particularly) came from.

Coolio but then, buying from Jaben, means only have to claim warranty from them right? any other way to claim warranty other than jaben.. coz they only have 1 store in subang and 1 in penang. Incase have difficulties sending or claiming there.
