If you bought from non-authorised dealer, you will not get Hwee Seng warranty claims.
Therefore, your unit may be counterfeit or defective oversea unit. You are lucky that only the CT cable is faulty. You can buy from me the replacement CT cable. Solo HD used to be selling @ RM1180. Now is RM790. And people still buy from non authorised reseller. Almost every week, I get forumer PM me on the warranty claims issue or to check whether they bought the genuine unit or not.
