Experience before joining : 2yrs admin + 4yrs accounts
salary : RM 3.8k

Am i underpaid? feels upset with the company because som of the senior xec ot higher pay than me and the rest of those snr exec got same pay with me. haiz... dilemma

in respond to furryflurry question, i've amended my details. I do have a degree before i join this company. i really feel underpaid lo. some of the senior exec here get paid much higher than me. Needless to say other managers get 50% more.



i don't know if I can achive your pay when I'm 29 if choose to stay in my current company. Assuming 5% increment, i'll barely hit 4.5k dilemma dilemma ~

Wah, your increment is quite fast and a lot. btw, how do you know that in july 2011 you are going to get more than 5k?
