Im seriously think i underpaid but the HR insist that they cannot give me higher salary as my previous salary is low and i am not from banking industry. Seems like forever my salary will always below than what my friends earn. I want to jump and quite confident I can simply jump but I really love working in this bank as I just start a relationship with my colleague, got a lot of exposure to handle projects. Damn...the only things i hate about my job is the SALARY!

Can anybody advise?
