Agreed. But it also depends on the size of the company scale and the field.

Mine is as below.

Job Title: Senior Technical Consultant
Age: 30
Job Desciption: Provide records management consultation, technical training, onsite and offsite technical support, system testing, deployment, maintenance and operation.
Years spent in company: 5 years and a half
Company: Local (small scale company - about 10 people)
Industry: IT/Software Development and Consultation
Employment Level: Senior Executive
Experience before joining: 1 and a half year as a system developer
Salary: RM4.1k (basic RM3.5k)
Benefits: Medical benefit, 12% employer EPF, 5 days work, working hours 9 to 6, contractual bonus 1 month salary in December, annual leave 15 days, medical leave 10days, medical and dental fee claimable up to rm500 per year and mileage is claimable (0.60sen per km). 

I know, it is pretty 'awesome'.

Hehe. Really appreciate your encouragement. Yeah, very grateful that it is halal. However I do want to experience new fields especially in manufacturing and Oil Gas. But it's hard to knock their door. IT doesn't looks so appealing to them unless you do some codings or you have an engineering background. *sigh

LOL. Actually... I am an ah moi myself but not so lenglui laa. hahaha

Anyway... I've been there to Cyberjaya as a vendor. And yeah... the transportation costs really kill me man. The food? Indeed... crazily expensive and not so much of choices. However, I do know that if you work with a small scale company... it is normal to have a 'slightly underpaid' salary especially if it is project based. The only pros of small scale company that I can think about is... you can have a lot of skillset and be a multi specialist (and multitasker) in a lot of things as you didn't focus only in one major area as what any big company did. If you weren't a multitasker... it's hard to breathe though. 

Too many specialties won't really bringing you some luck sometimes

I mean... every time you demand to increase your salary... how much can you demand? RM1k per year or how much?

30% maybe applicable in the early stage...after that it's hard to gain 30% in each jump.

Income: RM 180 - 250k /month (yes, RM180,000 - 250,000, per month)

I know, the numbers look a little unrealistic; I am expecting a lot of 'WTF' and 'sure-or-not' but I'm telling the truth. There are a few Malaysia (successful) affiliates I knew in my industry - they might not be making as much as I am but RM20-30k/mo is the minimum. Not trying to showoff here but just thought you guys might be interested to know and I'll have some fun (I guess).
