Allowance: nope this year skip need wait next year due of new policy .Bonus: 10.5% 13.5%
Annual Increment: depends (lowest so far 10%)
Benefit: Medical, Annual Leave.

Every year got contractual bonus + performance bonus
This year, boss telling me, no ANY bonus need at all wait next year due of giving adjustment + increasement. oh wai.
My life upside down, hear new fresh grad can get 2.5k salary. Listening to this point, I getting dilemma. Going stay this company continue or jump, Any advise?

I am getting much than fresh grad?
Indeed I am getting much than salary compare with them. whereby in my first salary is RM2K.
Compare this year fresh grad, all of them can get around RM2.5K~. Due of infraction, for sure every year would be different in term of basic salary.

Although I work 3 years already, they no promote me as Senior, kinda unbalance. Important thing is, Vice President do ask me stay back one more year(during 2011~ verbally) and he will promote me to senior. yet now nothing much done.

One sweet promise, let my heart melt to stay again one more year.
Till now they did break promise, I still hold only Junior level, that why I will consider to quit, looking for better offer

I going talk with direct manager, see how the outcome.. at least clear my doubt first.
Not sure does every person going to resign, especially those management will give you sweet talk, talk about strength you are or promotion. I regret to listen this too sweet thing
