Currently feel slightly underpaid but would like to see the advise of all the "sifus" here

Thing is that they are increasing the workload as I have so far been able to complete tasks efficiently and also turnover is increasing. Any comments?

Is it true that finance normally dont get paid high salary unless they are in the management level??
