QUOTE(conqu3ror @ Mar 31 2012, 04:46 PM) You seem keep humiliating those are earning less then 4k people. We know you are lucky to earn above industry average in the young age, & in a junior position. +1. Fruitie keeps mentioning about her salary, her age, her benefits though working as a contract staff and etc. Just keep to yourself if you are more lucky than the rest, don't have to mention so many times. Peace. Please note I'm not in less then 4k salary category, I earn >5k in a O&G MNC as a permanent staff with superb benefit. In some field your starting maybe higher, but you hardly move to upper level due to the limitation of the industry(eg IT, Medical & etc). Myself from Finance & Accounting, most fresh auditor don't even have 2k, but after 3-5 yrs thier salary may double or triple. So please don't keep comparing currently how much you earn, but think about your career prospect in 5-10 years time. FYI, my salary had triple after 4 years, and I don't see there is a reason it will stop there. Company pay your salary base on your contribution & experience, if you want to move up, please polish your skill & give contribution to company. I believe @fruitie(HR Practitioner) know these much better then me. |
