what is the market rate for finance guy with 5 years exp in a multinational company(manufacturing)?
Age: 26 Education: Leonhart88, BSc,CFA,ACMA,CGMA Years spent in company: 4 years (2k-> 2.2k->2.5k->3.5k) Prior exp: 1 year (RM 1.5k) Current salary : RM 3.5k My bachelor degree is just a PASS degree only.
