btw im just a PMR leaver not sure how's a salary for a PMR leaver outside, so what do you guys think can my salary still increase? btw i just got promoted this month.

anyone can advise on this? i'm seriously not enough to cover my expenses (2 sons) i'm thinking to look for better offer outside however i dont have paper qualification to demand more.

BTW my job scope do change abit as there is another of my supervisor assist me hence i need to fully support production line and retail line.

i wanted too but the cost is quite expensive and part time degree i inquire in WOU is base on home study basic, i scared i unable to cope and catch up. and it's 5 to 6 years time to complete the course. i was thinking to get a certificate but i guess it wont be much different compare to degree.

what kind of position will i get if im

- degree in sales & marketing
- 8 years of experience in retail & marketing
- strong portfolio in (planning, marketing & retailing)

average how much is the rate for outside market? and mostly what kind of possion?

exec? snr exec? or manager?

my earning as below as at PMR leaver

well.. i have calculate for the next five years i think max my basic can go till 3.5k but for next 5 years your expenses might increase more then 30 to 50% from current, so i have too back to get a degree and hopefully with my experience, portfolio and a average cgpa for the next 5 years i can get a snr retail exec position + salary or maybe manager? who knows... just crossing finger to finish this five years asap.
