I would like to find out what's the longest period a company can withhold an employee's salary before any action can be taken.
Scenario is my last salary has been withheld without any news by the company and no offend/accused up till my last day at work. Wanna know when should I take action and where can I seek help.

Years spent in company : 2 years
Company : chinaman company
Industry : construction and consultant
Tenure : permanent
Employment Level : am i a dog?
Experience before joining : 2 years experience
salary : RM 3k+ (below 3.5K)
working day: mon-fri/ mon-sat/ mon-sun. from 9am to 6pm/ 9am to 9pm/ 9am to 11pm/ 9am to 2am. (not so sure)
OT: NA
benefit: NA

i know my working life sux
i know im underpay and my boss still think he pay me well.

any1 come across this kind of cinaman boss? how to deal with it?

im spm holder, but salary around 2.1K only.. experience least than year. 

my relative earned 2.7K as engineer in factory. got degree and master. not very far than mine salary. as im just spm holder

not proud and nothing to be proud anyway, but im feel jealous with them, as knowledge is power
