Qualification : Degree
Job Desciption : forecast
Years spent in company : 3 years
Company : Manufacturing - tire (MNC -US Base) rclxms.gif
Industry : Tire
Employment Level : Ass Mgr (company salary scale is SUCKKK) vmad.gif
Experience before joining : 4 1/2 yrs exp local based co
Salary : 4.6k (thinking of underpaid actually)

benefit : not so interesting, MNC but lack in term of benefit...the best is only 2 mth contractual bonus + 0-1 mth performance bonus, 0-8% increament..

P/S : that why i m looking for better opportunity nowww icon_question.gif

hi...my current salary is @RM4.6k + 2 mth contractual bonus...is it ok if i request for my expected at RM6.3K per month...

FYI, im working on finance side
