If you think the 12months that you've spent for this internship is a fruitful experience, just put it into you CV and present yourself during interviews.

You don't need ppl to keep telling you what you need to say or write in your CV.

One of the main qualities that great interviewers in big organization looked for is the confidence of interviewees in believing what they can/could achieve.

Such qualities are the type that's gonna leave a deep impression on the interviewers.

I dont know about you people encouraging youngsters out there.

Myself would nt say things like this to youngsters. Everyone knows the fact working is not easy, but at least letting youngsters begin the career and learn all the way with confidence. Sharing experience to youngsters is fine, but depressing them at 1st before they even have the chance to experience it. . I think that is not quite a right way.

Anyway, that's just my thought, again I do not mean to challenge anyone in here.

successful youngsters don't come here to get encouraged

they work their butts off to equip themselves with sufficient skills to bargain for a good offer in the market..

P.S: and to use ->> doh.gif repeatedly is just pure disrespect for those who think they wanna give some constructive advice to you. Good luck to you if you intend to keep that kind of attitude in the future.

your job scopes is exactly like the ones who are "site supervisor"
i have an uncle who has the same job description like yours.

if you are asking whether you are getting a good package for the industry you are in, i'd say its average.

If you are asking whether there would be better jobs out there in different industry, DEFINITELY.

my uncle rarely comes back, and relocation is always frustrating as a new project can be anywhere in the country.

Now you may be going selayang, what happens when this project ends and you are relocated to another site that is TWICE or more further?

I can only give you two advice,
1. Demand for a better package
2. Look for other jobs, preferably a different one.

Can explain more What is does paid High later on.  rclxub.gif  I sure technical work starting on beginning are always not that high. When or which time, suitable to get higher salary. Ever I found some forumer at here 2 year experience ady can more or less RM 3k. What I learning from my current company, do know giving me much thing to learn somemore using third party softwaredoh.gif

u already mentioned it.

A developer's pay is proportional to his experience.
The "years of experience" ain't gonna justify you worth.

Can u write a third party software?
If you are the creator instead of the user,
I'm pretty sure you can demand for more.

No you are not.

Its just that freshies nowadays do not know what they want.

Or some that does not prove themselves worthy of higher pay even after a number of years working.
