Wow, great salary.
U mean your basic (exclusive of allowances, benefits etc etc) is RM14K. How come so high?
*
Contractor normally get higher pay coz we dont have increment, dun have public holiday(public holiday mean pay cut), no epf, no bonus, can get terminated with 1 month notice. Not very good. Very risky

new report my bf's colleague (leaked)

Job Title : Senior SAP Basis Consultant
Company: SAP End User
Age: 29
Job Description : Project & Support, Rollout
Years spent in company : 6 months
Experience before joining: 8 years in SAP Basis
Location: KL
Tenure : Permanent

Salary: RM 9K

is he underpaid?
*
It depends alot of things, there are many companies willing to give more than rm15K(permenant) if hes very good and skillful. If hes not, even he has 10 years experience and getting rm9k i would say he is overpaid. There are abapers getting over rm7.5K(permenant) even with 2,3 years exp because they are very skillful.
