Job Title : QA Engineer
Ae:31 Company : MNC Location: Penang Industry : Engineering Tenure : permanent salary : RM 6500 benefits: standard Total Experience: 7 years I feels that I'm underpaid. Seems most other engineers with similar experience are earning more than this. What do you all think? Anybody with similar experience can share some data? Do not settle for any less.   Really? Are you referring to engineering industry? Maybe for O&G it might be true, and for a few really outstanding ones. But I don't think the average engineers with 7 years experience can hit more than 10K. The data I got is around 7-8K range. |

Yes, it is very possible for the O&G sector. But I'm more interested in finding out the salary range for those in the electronics/semiconductor industry. So far for those that I know, even very good ones barely hit 10k in just 7 years, and I'm referring to those top MNCs in Penang.

but I'm curious, how did you end up getting an annual of 105k if your salary is only 5K+ monthly
