Hmm in my field IT Certs have more value than Uni. qualifications....

so what you guys think, underpaid or not ?

I had full scholarship for my master, so i didn't spend any money, but you are right about the time invested in, at this age there many commitments, not that i"m greedy but life really demands alot. if time goes back, I would get more experience than upgrade education, coz can i study later while working. The only hope left is that master+ experience can give edge or advantage in career progress.

Do you think everyone can earn 5 digits as he wants? It's really boiled down to many reasons.
Think why many of them aren't earning 5 figures a month and why many people have 2 to 3 part time jobs.

Then would you mind sharing how old you are and how much you are earning at your current age since you said age of 30 should be earning 5 figures. To me, experience is the one that matters....
