ahh, finally a QMR. actually you can boost more on the salary with the exp you have(damn your benefits can be labeled as 'OWNING' already). request to go for any professional training (Lead Auditor/Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma/etc.) which is value-add and claim for a higher pay. all is HRDF claimable by your company since its a local mnc. I took this step and had my basic salary boosted to RM5+k(still with the claims, etc). Pls take note that I am 25yrs old, only a Diploma holder with only 1yr,3mnths worth working exp(failed matriculation previously...) and my starting salary was RM1300 nett.
