By the way I am quitting my job. The politics is worst here and the clerks (N17) can do whatever they want with your records. After 2 times of 'unfortunate incidents' of having to wait for 18 months and then 12 months to get my salary after I got my transfer from Sabah to Johor, I have enough of this crap. Went daily to work but had to beg for my salary at the end of every month and the only excuse they can give was sorry, we will do it later, you don't have to ask us how to do our job bla, bla, bla. No action ever taken to lazy and incompetent clerks who handle your salary at schools. If they work in private sectors, they will definitely get fired by the end of the 1st month based on their low performances.  mad.gif

Considering of your teaching profession, u r teaching for half day only rite? if dats the case, the salary is quite acceptable lor but the only set back is ur salary bank in late...all the best in ur new job smile.gif

Benefits: no bonus, medical, insurance, performance incentive, 14 days AL

Job Title: BI Analyst
Company : One of the major banks in M'sia
Location: KL
Industry : IT
Tenure : Permanent
Basic salary : 6k
Benefits: 16% EPF contribution by employer, 24 days AL, unlimited medical expenses, dental & optical allowance, annual increment, bonus, etc...

Do you think everyone can earn 5 digits as he wants? It's really boiled down to many reasons.
Think why many of them aren't earning 5 figures a month and why many people have 2 to 3 part time jobs.

Should I nego more than RM 6k, maybe until RM 6.5k? I believe the company is able to pay more than that...

Advise anyone?
