Added on July 28, 2011, 7:59 amI was in fact graduated from Uni in 2009, after that i worked as an admin officer at a security firm, and they offered me 2k salary with company car and accommodation. i left after half a year and join a clinical lab. they offered me 1.6k, a serious pullback but i was encouraged by family to work at the sector that i can perform, and for some better prospect. 6 months later, i got an invitation from my uni coursemate that his workplace (hospital lab) was hiring, i tried my luck and got the offer. i switched immediately and this is where i'm working at now. 2 month later i'll be reviewed by my boss for a not-so-attractive increment (probably less than a hundred according to my seniors). Now I'm seriously doubt if i'd made the right decision 2 yrs back. I somehow see my future's dim if i stick to lab job. 2.3k pay after 2 yrs graduation is certainly shameful. any comment or positive advise i may get from you guys? i'm so disappointed to the current situation of bio-related job in malaysia.
