Yep thats a truth, over the times senior professionals been telling me how inaccurate and misleading is wikipedia. Not totally but parts of it And the fella who views education over-important, let me tell you bosses in organization worked hard to gain plus some of them might be even started out with low education qualify. So hiring a fresh grad, your first few months performance will be reviewed even with excellent result but poor performance you know you're screwed.

I would like to state something, even if you are getting high pay as a fresh grad (as high as 3k) it does not guarantee you future. Depends on what role are you in the organization, getting 3K but acting like a ball which being pushes around by superior for support task what for?
