This company is ridiculous. Expect to hire a brilliant grad with RM5K? sheeh....
Monetary matters could be secondary for certain people. There are other variables to be considered. Oh, the catch is, this is Malaysia. LOLZ!

Regards, Joey

p.s: By the way, my mum works as a general office administrator with a pay of RM1,200. My mum is definitely brilliant than me. She brought up me and my siblings of five in total.

RM1200 of 20 years ago?
As of today. My dad helps out a little but she's been there most of the time. Maybe I'm close to my mum...

Regards, Joey

p.s: She's retiring soon. In two or three years time.

Hi Fruitie. Nice to meet you. ^^v

Well, thats a bit of a dillema for me now. I don't really have any background in payroll or even recruitment. They didn't really need anyone in that field when I joined. No such thing as talent management in this company at the moment. Heh..

I'm thinking of asking my senior to teach me a bit of recruitment at least...before I leave.

The closest I get to any HR specialised field is actually the staff attendance..if you can actually call that specialised..
LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLZ! You made my day! Seriously? Staff attendance? LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLZ!

Regards, Joey

p.s: I couldn't help it but to laugh it off out. Sorry about it but I'm from HRM/CCM background as well. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLZ!
