Job Title: Human Resource Management Generalist Job Description: Too detailed to be listed here but I usually farm alone in mid lane Years spent in company: 2 years++ Company: Multinational Corporation Industry: Healthcare Tenure: Permanent (Probationary is 6 months) Employment Level: Senior Executive Accreditation: B.B.A (Honours) in Human Resource Management (CGPA 3.84/4.00), Postgraduate in ODCM, Postgraduate in TACM, Guinsoo's Scythe of Vyse and Buriza-do Kyanon Experience before joining: DoTa, CS:Source, /k/opitiam, so on and so forth. Been cross-functional and cross-industries throughout the years. Sometimes it's Scourge, sometimes it's Sentinal. In the end, it's GG. Salary : RM5K++

p.s: I was thinking getting a part time job as a guard. But one of my friend said I could ended up dead alone doing my rounds. He recommended me to get a part time job as a bouncer instead. Hmmm...

Well, thats a bit of a dillema for me now. I don't really have any background in payroll or even recruitment. They didn't really need anyone in that field when I joined. No such thing as talent management in this company at the moment. Heh..
