Age: 23 (younger 1 year than u)
Job Title: MIS Executive (u become Senior IT for 1 year + only  not bad!)
Job Description: Analyst Programmer (Develop & enhance business application) + Support (Weighing system, Planner, Production and Warehouse) Work like a cow Programming + Support
Years spent: 1 years (ngam-ngam this month)
Education: Degree in Computer Science Majored in Network & System (Not even related to programming at all  )
Company: Public listed Manufacturing company (conquer 70% of waste paper market in Malaysia  )
Employment Level: Still as a MIS Executive (chances to get promoted very little  )
Experience before joining: None (but have successfully develop 5 major project for the company without any help from the senior, I'm just freshie only!)
Gross salary: RM2.1K ONLY + NO ALLOWANCE + NO PETROL EXPENSES + NO TRAINING PROVIDED + ALL BENEFITS GIVEN TO SENIOR ONLY
Working hours: 8am - 5.30pm (longer 1/2 hours than u  )

If u in my situation, I bet u will run away already, but I'm still working with them, Why? Because all my application been rejected!
So consider to give me ur current job to me?
