My working journey is tough...

2006 Oct 1.2k
2007 Feb 2k
2007 July 2.2k
2008 May 2.6k
2009 May 3.2k
2010 Sep 3.3k
2011 Mar 3.9k
2011 July 5.Xk

Now i'm looking back on my first job, why I can accept 1.2k job at that time  doh.gif

My first job is less than 1k, your salary seems to be picking up. The next jump should be in thousands. smile.gif

Yes. Hopefully. I just wish to settle down in a company and don't wish to jump too often. Too tired... My age is near to 30...

Ya, the moment you meet a boss that is able to appreciate your skills and potential, it's time to stop.

Although my salary increment was getting more each year, it is not until the 4th year in the company that I am given more responsibility.

Besides being capable in your own field, one must take note of how he/she presents himself/herself professionally, emotionally through conversation, action, fashion, facial expression and even the tidiness of your working place. You must also ask yourself when people look at you, how confidence they will feel if they assign you certain task. If you meet a doctor that does not dress neatly, dirty and looks half asleep, your confidence towards him would be greatly affected. It is the same thing how others would look at us.

If you feel tired, I would suggest that you could go for holiday. Forget about your works and clear your mind. When you are recharged, think about your strategy for the future and how you plan to improve yourself.

However, one important thing is don't always think about earning money only. We must all learn how to multiply the money we earn. Equipped yourself with financial knowledge, practise it and you will be halfway to financial freedom.

Let's work hard together.

Monetary wise, no much difference.

It is a good jump if the latter company is re-known company and the latter exposure would help to enrich your portfolio and making you even more valuable in the market.

Otherwise, try nego with your current company for a raise.
