Yup that is true. Very exceptional people though. A 24 year old making at least 15 000 a month is impressive,but you have to be exceptional. However, the more exceptional are 24 year olds making 500 000 a month. However, you were wrong when you say many people made that kind of money. Not really relatively. Can you list down the occupations of 21 to 27 year olds making at least 15000 a month for me on a fixed salary? Not including sales,entrepreneurs, self business owners or stock traders.

Yup that's right. Australia living expenses is high but seeing as you are not a PR yet, this is a great pay.

Hello everyone, sorry jumping all of sudden but I think I want to share my 2 cent too.

I believe, it is bullshit fresh grad can get RM 3k starting salary nowadays. The competition is getting hectic as my batch (2008, 4 years course, BEE) are joining the frenzy as well. Not mentioning graduates from other discipline, universities, IPTA & IPTS. Why the hell should they pay you 3k, 10k, 17k when there are so many is settling for 2.5k?

For SPM holders to gain that much, I salute him 

This is ur first job so it is ok.. Accumulate ur document templates, learn the effective communication skills from ur senior, keep good relationship with ur current company n clients..
After 2 years, jz requests at least RM5k..

I am getting much than fresh grad?
Indeed I am getting much than salary compare with them. whereby in my first salary is RM2K.
Compare this year fresh grad, all of them can get around RM2.5K~. Due of infraction, for sure every year would be different in term of basic salary.

Although I work 3 years already, they no promote me as Senior, kinda unbalance. Important thing is, Vice President do ask me stay back one more year(during 2011~ verbally) and he will promote me to senior. yet now nothing much done.

One sweet promise, let my heart melt to stay again one more year.
Till now they did break promise, I still hold only Junior level, that why I will consider to quit, looking for better offer
