QUOTE(fruitie @ Feb 27 2012, 07:03 PM) They pay is OK what. Hi fruitie Now the next question is do you have much career development? Annual leave is so important? Long time no see... Does your company allow the annual leave to be converted to cash or carry forward certain days? My place is 50% carry forward and no conversion to cash. |

But does it have "expiry date"? My place is must finish the 50% by end march.
Chinese use it for Chinese new year. Anyway, I was told by lawyer that if the leave entitled cannot be cleared due to work commitment, the company must pay. I doubt company would do that and employee would want to sue My boss say failure to utilize leave is failure in planning work & do not have good time management |
