I bought my 9780 brighstar set about a month ago and found out that the 'T' button is slightly difficult to press..it doesnt have the 'click' feeling like any button else,

besides my bezel near the left convenience key dont fit into its position because when i grab my bb, i can feel that the bezel snap into its place.. And my left convenience key also need to press quite hard not like the volume button... I dont think it is normal though, can i send to brighstar for checking??

mine too!! is it also covered by warranty? or they just tighten the loose bezel..always have the click feeling when holding my 9780
