Local MS must be aggressive a bit. If they don't push for XBL/360 launch in Malaysia WinPhone 7 will also be impacted, and definitely local WinPhone7 sales will be negatively impacted because of impression that they cannot play games since XBL not present.

If someone creates a petition to bring XBL to Malaysia, I'd sign it.
